How it Works

1. Browse our Library
2. Become a member to hire your item (must be 18 years or over)
   • Membership costs just £12 per year. 
   • Items range from £4 - £14 per week to hire.
   • All hires are for 1 week. Hire your item from the day you wish to collect it and return it on the day the hire ends.
3. Collect your item
   • Pop by during our open hours to pick up your item.  We are based at the Marlowes carpark, Level A, with the Shopmobility office.
   • Our volunteer team will give you the item and provide you with any additional information you might need
   • Strictly 15 minutes free in the carpark for collection
4. Use, Clean, Return your Item!
   • Once you have used the item as much as you need, please clean it and take care that all loose items are not lost.
   • Return the item on the last day of your hire period during our opening hours.
   • Our team will give the item a quick visual check and get it ready for the next hire
